Anyone who knows me knows I have a passion for working in dialysis and loved the 13 years I worked in dialysis clinic settings.
I am curious how many other regions will be dropping Medicare Advantage plans and the impact this will have on a patient's preferred choice for transplant hospitals, regional hospital care, and overall healthcare needs. At a micro level, I also wonder if this will impact patient's physician and dialysis clinic care as I anticipate a systemic ripple effect.
